~Getting To Know You~

Profession: Front line combat

Personality: Shinichi is a fighter and a cold blooded one at that, he is incredibly fierce when it comes to battle and is often right in the front lines when it occurs. Being the aggressive person that he is most fights that Shinichi has been in have been initiated by him, he will take any excuse to fight someone simply to just show off his skill. He sometimes prefers simple hand to hand combat and isn't a big fan of weapons, as you can possibly tell from his scars it doesn't matter what the enemy uses, Shinichi goes in full force. He is quite skilled with ninjutsu too, despite using taijutsu more he is actually much better in a fight when using his ninjutsu.

Despite what others might think of Shinichi's actions he is actually quite an intelligent person that can sometimes be seen as cynical. He had been held back in the academy for his less than acceptable behavior. Recently Shinichi's activity has increased and has begun to be seen as a little hyperactive in the eyes of others. Simply put; Shinichi is an unstable person who thankfully has control of his actions. Not being a very ambitious person the only thing that Shinichi works towards is becoming stronger, he seeks no higher ranks just the power hence the reason that he doesn't mind being held back.

Description: Houmatsu Rappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Shinichi will expel a huge wave of water from his mouth.

Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Shinichi will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.
