Appearance:Ryuu has crimson red hair that falls down his face and half way onto his back. It goes over his eyes a bit but he usually parts it making it fall around them. His eyes are a bright green color as well his face is a muscular thin.
Physically, Ryuu is very muscular, his body is made up of really only muscle, bones and very little extra skin. He has trained his body physically to keep it in that condition and is often found training. His face is well structured like the rest of his body.
Clothing wise, Ryuu has a different sense than many others. He usually is found in black slacks not really made for ninjas. He wears nice black shoes that look rather formal than anything else. Covering his chest he has a plain white long sleeve formal t-shirt with a tie around it. Over that he has a nice vest that is usually a redish color. Though his outfit and attire are nothing for a ninja, he works well in them and refuses to take them off.

Personality:
yuujin is a straight to the point kind of guy. He analyses everything around him. When he goes anywhere he's always looks for a way out if anything happen, always calculating any move made by his opponent. His urge to fight strong people sometimes gets the best of him and ends up picking fights. He thinks the world is weak and believes that to make a change in the world, for good or for bad, you need heart and power. His dream is to reach the top of the world and make his change in it, or as he calls it "His legacy." Ryuujin is very hard to make angry unless you call him weak, when called weakor is fighting for his pride he will go into a sort of killer mode were he will fight with all his power and is at times able to "see" the opponents movement before they happen. He gets along with people if he feels like it but is not very trusting. When he's on a mission he is cold hearted man but out of them he is just calm and not caring much.

Fighting Style: Ryuu likes to test his opponents before he fights them himself by sending them into different genjutsus. if an opponent manages to escape he get more serious using about 65% of his power and if they manage to wound him he will go to 85% of his power if they still able to wound him he will go to 100% going all out.

Description:The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Name:Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu
Description:The user creates a shadow clones from one shuriken, striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible.

Jutsu Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)
Jutsu Description: With this technique, one replaces their own body with a block of wood or some other object, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

Name: Body Flicker

History:
Pre-Academy Student Ark
Ryuujin was born on the outskirts of a ninja village. His parent, Ryuuki Uchi(Father) and Kouu Uchi(Mother), who couldn't take care of him because they were wanted shinobis, abandoned him in front of Ryuuki's older brothers house, Rayne Uchi, who was a well respected shinobi. They left a note saying "Please take care of my son and dont tell him about his power till his old enough and when you do give him the Arashi necklace as proof of his lineage. Thank you brother, -Ryuki Uchi" attached to the note was a necklace with the Arashi symbol on it. As Rayne took the baby in his house he read the letter and tears came to his eyes because he thought his brother had died a years back. Rayne raised the child as his own but always telling him that he was his uncle. Rayne wanted to have him become a shinobi so when Ryuujin was 3 years old rayne started teaching him about taijutsu and weapons. Ryuujin was a genius because at the age of 4 he was allowed into the Shinobi Academy and graduated when he was 8 years old.

Academy Student Ark
In Ryuujin's first day at the academy all the kids looked down on him and made fun of him because he was younger then them by about 5 years. But after a year at the academy everyone acknowledged him because of how good he was and how fast he learnt. During his 4th year at the academy when he was 8 years old his Uncle picked him up from the academy saying he wanted to show him something. After 15 min. of walking they arrived at a training ground. His uncle stopped and looked at him "Today i will tell you about powers of the Uchi clan, Ryuujin. And you will learn how to use them." he said as 7 clouds appeared around Rayne. Ryuujin looked in admiration. "At your current level you can only summon one but as you get stronger the number will increase." said his uncle to him and they started training intensely. Not only
on the cloud jutsu but on other jutsu being thought at the academy. At that same year Ryuujin graduated the Academy. After the graduation Rayne gave Ryuujin the necklace representing him as an Uchi clan member.

Genin Ark
As a genin ryuujin became part of a 3 shinobi squad lead by a jonin named Gintoki Ichimaru who was rather young for a sensei. In his team was A boy about the same age as Ryuujin named Shin Nurik and a girl also about the same age named Maya Uzani. They were both extremely gifted like Ryuujin, even the sensei was gifted as he became genin younger than them.. Their first mission was the traditional test which they easily passed by sticking together and working like a group. After a year sensei allowed them to participate in the chunin exam. The first two test they passed easy and the third test both Ryuujin and Shin made it to the semi final but lost. But even after displaying lots of potential they were left genin for being too young. This made them extremely mad but they continued to train each they own bloodline. By the 3rd year Ryuujin had surpassed his genin level as he could already summon 4 clouds at once and being able to use Storm release: Thunder and Blaze techniques. Again the sensei allowed them to participate in the chunin exams this time they made it to the end, Ryuujin winning all the way till the end. As a rank up present the sensei gave each of them special baby crows that were used as ninja tools. As the shinobi grows and becomes strong so does the crow. Ryuujin decided to make his into a summon and made a contract with the crows.

Chunin
At first Ryuujin did many mission till one day he heard his sensei had died on a mission tracking a missing nin. He became angry and wanted to take revenge. Ryuujin went after the missing nin and lost barely escaping with his life. He went into seclusion at his uncles house and with his help started to train. One day training he noticed how useful a weapon was, but since he couldnt make one and didnt have money to buy one he came up with the idea of teching the bird transformation jutsu and came up with the double kodachi Raikou-Hi. He trained constantly for 5 years taking missions once in a while to test his strength, learning many of the Arashi clan ninjutsu. He also made a new summon, a king type, named Hibird. Hibird was a huge crow that had red eyes. After he finished his training he was given a special mission that if he passed he could become jonin. The mission was to kill the same man his sensei had failed to kill. They fought for 2 days and 2 nights till Ryuujin finally decide to use his hidden blade,Gin, and finished him off. Once Ryuujin made it to the village he was made into a jonin.

Jonin
A couple years passed and Ryuujin has just trained only taking some mission. By saving all his money he payed a special blacksmith to make him a special gauntlet with a metal than can absorb chakra and let the wearer use it. One day Ryuujin became very bored of the village saying how they don't do much to help better the world. He destroyed his house and killed the guards in the front as he left, leaving a message written in blood on the ground next to the dead guards "I will change this world, you'll see..." He now wonders around looking for a place that fits his ideals


Other Information: (Anything you'd like to share about your character that before we evaluate him/her?)
The Uchi clan are born with fire and lightning chakra. By mixing the two in a specialize way they created a new advance element called Storm Release.Storm Release users are unique in that they have chakra almost equal to that of a Jinchuuriki and are proud to admit it as it puts them at an advantage against all of the other ninja due to their greater chakra supply.Uchi clan members have complete control of the clouds that they create they can shape them into weapons and move them around at will. When shaping them into physical weapons they deal the same rank damage as the user.They also have an unnatural resistance to genjustu in such that they are able to not be affected by genjustu the same rank as them. In addition they are able to break out of genjustu 1 rank higher

Clan jutsu do count against the 7 you start out with unfortunately so pick your 7 favorite, and learn the rest as you go (makes it more fun anyway, at least I think it does.)

Also not sure about this but I think you can only have one element/chakra nature >.> If not then oh boy do I get to add stuff to my profile =D (Please have it not just be one then...) but that's Sora's call all the same.

Also passive types still count against jutsu total or I would have probably a good four additional techniques.
